Meet Kari Flagg

I’m Kari Flagg, and I’m running for the Winneconne School Board because our children deserve leaders who will fight for their future.

As a military spouse, I understand the importance of strong, stable schools for families. As a mother of two, I know firsthand what parents need from their school district. And as a dental hygienist who has spent years working with children and families, I’ve built a career on trust, care, and putting kids’ wellbeing first.

What I Stand For:

Listening to Parents – Your voice matters. Parents should be partners in their children’s education, not bystanders.

Supporting Our Teachers – Our educators work tirelessly for our kids. They deserve the resources, respect, and support to succeed.

Transparent Decision-Making – Families have a right to know how decisions are made and why. I will ensure our school board operates with openness and accountability.

Student-Centered Policies – Every decision should start with one question: What’s best for our students?

Fiscal Responsibility – Our taxpayer dollars must be spent wisely. I will actively engage in the budget process, scrutinize spending, and fight for fiscal responsibility that maximizes resources for our classrooms while respecting our community’s investment
